Kansai Airport Hotel Pine Villa

HUGE BEAUTIFUL garden, traditional looking Japanese villa, clean, friendly staff, heater in the room, heated toilet, chef for dinner and breakfast, driver drove us to the train station.

Although there was a wonderful chef onsite to cook dinner, the payment was not mentioned upfront till after we finished eating. The location of the villa is at least ~20 minute walk from the train station. Fortunately my luggage is a carry-on.

Bath overlooked our private garden, the toilet (bidet) was advanced and fancy, tiny dining area with a microwave, fridge, and table with a shoji window was beautiful. Beds were japanese style on the floor but easily the most comfortable beds through our entire trip. Tatami flooring still smelled incredible. Front desk staff was great, and we had a free pickup from the Himeno station and free dropoff at the Kansai airport. Breafkast was suitably diverse so there'd be something for everyone. The property gardens are immaculate!

Door to the bath/shower area is transparent. I love the whole different spot to the toilet/sink/shower but if you can see in to the one area you're in your birthday suit, it's not that convenient.

The room we used was spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The communication with staff from the very start of the booking was very quick and answered any questions we had. We were travelling by car and very helpfully a photograph was sent to identify exactly where to park.Excellent service from friendly staff was provided throughout our stay.The location is convenient for the airport so not far to travel after a long flight - although our satnav helped us get a little lost.Thank you for helping start our holiday well

The location is far from city center and You have to walk to the nearest station.

the staff were not friendly. when we checked in, they behaved rude and while checking out, one of our family members were late by 5 mins while the transport was waiting - she started yelling at us.

Super clean, convenient for the airport and the shuttle to the train station is useful.

We stayed in a double room on the ground floor, we could hear footsteps clearly in the room above us so sound insulation could be improved.

Reservation staff is quite helpful when we asked for a taxi booking for our early morning flight. and the zen garden with so many bonsai trees was exceptional! we love the smell of the trees and the garden that makes it so earthy. Futon beds quite comfortable for us and the kids.

all meet the expectations. just wish we could stay longer next time.

The property was very peaceful and well maintained. The interior and exterior were beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful which made our stay very enjoyable. They were very responsive online and in person. The room was comfortable and clean and breakfast in the morning was great. Would definitely stay again.

The environment is very nice! We like it! We arranged for paid shuttle service from airport due to late flight, which helps!

The rooms were newly renovated and were excellent. Very clean and smelled of wood. Great! Traditional modern presentation, had a great balance I thought.

We chose this place as we had an early flight from KIX airport . And we did very well!!a very polite gentleman picked us up from the station. The room was modern, clean with excellent comfy beds. The villas are in a beautiful Japanese garden. The same polite gentleman took us to the airport next morning. The best value for money. We totally recommend it!!

Waking up in a traditional style living amongst the bonsai trees and bathing in the luxurious tub. The friendliness nature of the owner driving us around to get food from 7/11 so late at night when we arrived. Our flight was canceled so we needed somewhere to stay quickly. We were pleasantly surprised at Pine Villa. Thank you to accommodating owner. highly recommend!
